АBB got the Zayed Future Energy 2014 prize

The ABB company, a leading power equipment and automation technology group , has been awarded the Zayed Future Energy Prize in 2014 for company's efforts in innovation , renewable energy and energy efficiency.

The  award in the category «Large corporations " was presented by His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan , heir of the crown of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces , at the awards ceremony in Abu Dhabi , the UAE capital .

Zayed Future Energy Prize was established in 2008 to recognize and reward the best solutions in the field of renewable energy and sustainable development. It is named after the late Sheikh Zayed bin Al Nahyan , who was the founder of the UAE and the Ruler of Abu Dhabi and first president of the UAE since 1971 until his death in 2004.
